2016-2019
I worked at Cactus Communications in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as the Production Manager. I built the studio and production team from scratch and created new systems and workflow at Cactus back in 2016. I had an amazing team of experts that worked on realising the campaigns created by the Cactus copywriters and creative director.
I was in charge of budgeting, storyboarding, talent and location scouting, styling, choosing and working with the production team, on site management and directing the post production.
My biggest clients were Heineken, Unilever, DSTV, DKT and other local brands. Some of the productions were done in house and others with foreign directors and production teams.
